My Journey: The Ultimate Pivot 

Picture this: 2020, a year of unexpected twists and turns. Like many of us, I found myself facing a crossroads, wondering what the future held. But you know what? I decided to turn this challenge into an opportunity. Embracing the art of pivoting, I invested in myself.

A couple of years in Talent Acquisition had given me skills, but my heart longed for something more. Amidst it all, I discovered my love for social media during my stint as a talent sourcing specialist. I LOVED creating vibrant recruiting campaigns, planning career events, and mentoring leaders in staffing marketing strategies—it all clicked!

When the world hit pause in 2020, I hit play on my dreams. Sierra On Social was born, not as an overnight success but as a result of my journey of self-discovery and growth. I explored my passions, becoming a certified life coach and diving into the world of small business marketing. Marketing became my love language, and I knew I wanted to dive deeper. So, I gathered freelance experience, earned my master's in Integrated Marketing Communications, and here we are!
